Is there a tool to bulk download all QuickBooks Online attachments?
Yes. Attachment Bundler downloads every receipt and attachment for the date range or filter you choose into ZIP files, names each file after its transaction (date, type, number, name, amount), and adds an Excel and CSV index with a list of transactions that have no receipt. It only reads from QuickBooks. Previews are free and so are the first 25 files per company; then $29 one-time for a 30-day Year-end Pass or $19 a month.

The options compared
| Option | What it does | Price | How Attachment Bundler differs |
|---|---|---|---|
| Attachment Bundler | Filtered bulk export of attachments into ZIPs, files named by transaction, Excel and CSV index, missing receipts listed. | Free up to 25 files per company; $29 Year-end Pass (30 days); $19/month | This is us. |
| QuickBooks Online built-in export | Downloads attachments from the attachments list as a ZIP. | Included in QuickBooks Online | Files named after their transaction, filters by date, type and customer or vendor, and an index your auditor can sort; no renaming by hand. |
When another option fits better
If you need a few files once and do not mind their original names, the built-in QuickBooks download is free. Attachment Bundler is for audit packs and year-end requests where each file has to be found by transaction.

Questions
Does it change anything in QuickBooks?
No. The app only reads transactions and attachments. Intuit offers a single accounting permission, so the consent screen asks for it, but the app sends read requests only.
Where are my files stored?
Nowhere on our side. Attachments stream from QuickBooks through our server into your ZIP download and are never written to disk or a database. Export metadata is deleted automatically after 72 hours.
What does the free tier include?
Unlimited previews and counts, and up to 25 files per company with the full Excel and CSV index. No credit card.
What does it cost after that?
$29 one-time for a 30-day Year-end Pass (unlimited exports, up to 10 companies, no renewal) or $19 a month (unlimited exports while subscribed). Full refund within 14 days of your first purchase.
