Terms of Service and End-User License Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Samet Ateşen, trading as Atesen Software, Sakarya, Türkiye (“Atesen Software”) for the use of Attachment Bundler (the “Service”). By connecting a QuickBooks Online company or buying a plan you accept them.

1. The Service

The Service reads transactions and attachments from QuickBooks Online companies you connect and packages the attachments you select into ZIP files with an index. It is an independent product, not provided by Intuit Inc. You need your own QuickBooks Online subscription and the right to access the company data you export.

2. License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own business purposes or for your clients during your plan. You may not resell the Service, attempt to break its security, or use it against QuickBooks' or Intuit's terms.

3. Plans and payment

Free use is limited as shown on the pricing page. Paid plans are sold by Paddle.com, our merchant of record; Paddle's buyer terms apply to the purchase. The Monthly plan renews until cancelled in the billing portal; the Year-end Pass ends after its term. Refunds follow our refund policy. A refunded or charged-back payment ends the related access.

4. Your data

You remain the owner of your data. We process it only to provide the Service as described in the privacy policy. Exported files are your responsibility once downloaded.

5. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee it; QuickBooks API limits, maintenance or changes by Intuit can interrupt the Service. We may change these terms with notice on this page; material changes apply to paid plans from the next billing period.

6. Warranty and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. Always keep QuickBooks as your system of record and check the index of every export. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your data at any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service or the QuickBooks platform.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Sakarya have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country.
