How to download all invoices as PDF from QuickBooks Online

You want every invoice for a month or a year as a PDF, without opening them one by one. Intuit Community answers say there is no direct option for this and give a workaround with Batch actions → Print (2019 thread, 2023 thread). Those are community answers, not Intuit documentation, so check that the screens still match.

Download many QuickBooks Online invoices as PDF with Batch actions

Open Sales, then Invoices (or All Sales).
Filter by date or status if you like, then tick the box at the top of the list to select the invoices.
Open the Batch actions dropdown and choose Print.
Click the download icon on the screen that appears and save the PDF.

What that gives you, and where it stops

A community reply in the 2019 thread says the result is one PDF holding all the selected invoices. The same reply suggests splitting it with a separate tool if you need one file per invoice.
A reply in the 2023 thread says the system only allows you to download them per year.
Neither thread describes naming the files by invoice number, customer or date, or a list of what was included.

One PDF per invoice, in one ZIP

Can QuickBooks Online download each invoice as a separate PDF at once?

Community answers on Intuit's site say there is no direct option and describe Batch actions, Print, which one reply says gives a single PDF of all selected invoices.

How are the files named?

InvoiceNumber_Customer_Date.pdf, for example INV-1001_Acme Corp_2025-03-15.pdf. If an invoice has no number, its QuickBooks ID is used.

Is there a limit on how many invoices?

A ZIP holds up to 250 invoices, so a bigger range is split into parts. The free preview includes the first 10 invoices per company.

Does Attachment Bundler change anything in QuickBooks?

No. The app only reads transactions and attachments. Intuit offers a single accounting permission, so the consent screen asks for it, but the app sends read requests only.

Does Attachment Bundler keep my files?

No. Attachments stream from QuickBooks through our server into your ZIP download and are never written to disk or a database. Export metadata is deleted after 72 hours.
